To look at a property:
Houses:
Come to our office; leave a $10.00 cash deposit, and a copy of your I.D. You can borrow two (2) keys at a time. Keys must be returned within one (1) hour. One (1) key may be checked out overnight, but must be returned within 24 hours. If the keys are not returned the deposit will not be returned to you.
Apartment/Rooms:
Call our office and set up an appointment to see the apartment. We show from 8:15 to 4:00. Call the same day you want to see the unit.
Application:
Before applying for the unit, you must see the inside of the unit. The application must be completely filled out. There is a non-refundable $15 application fee. The application takes 1-2 business days to be processed.
Security Deposit:
After your application is approved, we must have a deposit in the form of a money order, so we can hold the unit for you. This will hold the unit, and you will have 14 days from that date to pay the balance of the money.

Miscellaneous
* Application fees can be paid in the form of either cash or money order
* Deposits and rents must be paid in the form of a money order. We DO NOT accept checks. (except from government agencies or organizations.)
* You may NOT move into the unit until all the money is paid in full.
